U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris plans to spend $10 million she inherited from her father in her race to unseat Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson, she announced Wednesday night.Does she view the expenditure of $10 million of her own money as an expression of her devotion to public virtue {cough}, or does she look upon it as a capitalist - an investment, which is expected to pay off even greater returns?
